Four Female Leaders Join Company to Spearhead Brand Happiness Initiative

NEW YORK – September 19, 2017 – PebblePost®, the inventor of the Programmatic Direct Mail® solution, today announced several staff and board member updates as the company bolsters its Campaign Operations team and expands into new verticals. These include the transition of Elke Wong from her role as vice president of Customer Success to vice president and general manager, SMB Markets to support the company’s growing footprint in channel partnerships with ESPs, commerce engines, and CRM platforms. The company also appointed Brittany Rabena as vice president of Campaign Operations. In addition, Jeannie Gammon is joining as an executive advisor to the Board, bringing her experience from managing customer and sales operations at DoubleClick, Google and Everyday Health. Natalie Diggins, also joins the team as an advisor to the Campaign Operations team bringing her expertise from Neustar and mBlox.

In her new role, she will focus on supporting the company’s growing footprint in the SMB market. In response to huge demand, PebblePost has been expanding the reach and presence of its new marketing channel into more and more verticals where marketers want to address and convert audiences in more efficient ways.

She will be focused on scaling the Customer Success team to meet overwhelming industry demand for PebblePost’s product and ensure the company is structured to support its customers during a time of rapid domestic and international growth.

In this role, Rabena will be leaning on the guidance of Diggins, who brings more than two decades of hands-on executive experience in both public and private technology companies as a founder, board member and advisor. As managing director of Madison Square Advisors, Natalie helps companies of all sizes operationalize and scale their technical and product operations.

Gammon joins PebblePost’s advisors as a direct link to the Board of Directors. She is a seasoned executive, consultant and investor with nearly two decades of experience serving as a COO, SVP and Managing Director in the media and advertising technology sector, building high-performing teams, and scaling global operations. Gammon was most recently COO of STAQ, and before that SVP Sales Operations at publisher Everyday Health, both based in New York. Prior to that she was based in London, at Google as UK Managing Director for DoubleClick, and Sales Director for IAC-owned Ask Jeeves UK.
